    Jeff S. Jones

    Jeff Jones is a professional project manager specializing in custom software design and development. He has worked primarily for medium to large firms in the Telecom and Financial Services industries. Jeff is currently employed by Qwest Communications Inc. in Colorado. Jeff is active in several charities such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the American Cancer Society and Children’s Hospital. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University.

    Mark E. Yegge

    Mark E. Yegge has served as Chairman and CEO of NexTrade Holdings, since 1995. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Yegge was a Regional Training Manager for Olde Discount Corporation of Detroit, Michigan. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Yegge was President and owner of Royal Marketing, Ltd., the Aramelle Watch Company. In addition to his position as Chairman and CEO of NexTrade Holdings, Mr. Yegge also sits on the board of NexTrade, Inc. Mr. Yegge jointly developed Pro-Trade®, NexTrade's internet based proprietary trading software and co-authored a comprehensive investment seminar system entitled "The Financial Education System: Personal Finance Course." In 2002, Mr. Yegge co-founded Charity for Women; a non-profit organization committed to the fight against breast cancer. Mr. Yegge was a nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for 2000, 2001 and was a finalist in 2002, 2003. Mr. Yegge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1986. Mr. Yegge holds the following NASD licenses: Series 4, 7, 24, 55, 63, and 65.

    Daniel Caamano V.

    Daniel Caamano V. is the Chief Legal Officer for NexTrade Holdings Inc. and a partner with Caamano & Associates P.A. He represents several financial entities. Mr. Caamano is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Florida Supreme Court, the American Bar Association, and other jurisdictions. Mr. Caamano holds Doctoral degrees in law and economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Mr. Caamano has lectured extensively at several European Universities including the Universities of Madrid, Valencia, and Malaga in Spain, and the Concordia International University in Tallinn, Estonia. He teaches International Banking and Finance as well as European Union Law at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida, and has significant experience as an international lawyer in the U.S., the European Union and Latin America.
